Project Manager - Internal Envelop

We’re Hiring! Project Manager — Interior Building Envelope (Div. 5-7-9-10)

Location: Fairfax, VA

️ Sector: Residential & Commercial Façade, Interiors, Cladding

Projects: Up to $15M

I’m working with one of the largest and fastest-growing building envelope contractors in the Southeast, and we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the Interiors & Façade Division!

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team delivering cutting-edge façade solutions on some of the most exciting residential and commercial projects in the region.

What you’ll do:

️ Oversee full project lifecycle — from procurement and budgeting to scheduling and site management

️ Manage budgets, schedules, and all project documentation

️ Coordinate site logistics and problem-solve field issues

️ Review shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders

️ Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and client expectations

️ Collaborate with general contractors, suppliers, and internal teams

What we’re looking for:

5+ years of experience in construction (interiors, drywall, façade preferred)

BS/MS in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture (preferred, not required)

Solid understanding of construction methods, equipment, and rigging

Proficiency with Smartsheet, MS Office, Bluebeam/Adobe

Flexibility to work between office, production, and job site environments
