IT Test Engineer

What we are looking in an IT Test Engineer

Degree: Associate’s or Bachelor’s in IT or related field

Experience: 2–3 years in IT support, lab testing, or similar role

OS Knowledge: Windows and Linux (Both required)

Certifications: CCNA (Mandatory)

Networking: Basic router/switch experience

Scripting & Tools: Familiarity with PowerShell, low-code tools, Power BI

Soft Skills: Quick learner, adaptable to manufacturing/testing environments, strong team fit

Lab/Manufacturing Experience: Highly preferred

What you will be doing as an IT Test Engineer

Troubleshoot & test 5G radio systems and hardware for carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon)

Perform test planning, execution, and documentation using Test Object Lists and strategies

Deliver IT support in a production or enterprise IT environment

Use deployment, verification, monitoring, and trouble ticket tools

Develop and run monitoring scripts for KPIs

Participate in incident management and system restoration within SLA targets

Support capacity planning, documentation, and performance tuning
