A well-established agricultural production facility near Mapleton, ND is looking for a dependable and motivated Conditioning Operator to help keep things running smoothly and efficiently in their operations. If you enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, and being part of a supportive team — this could be the perfect fit.

What You'll be Doing:

Operating and monitoring a variety of equipment to process and condition agricultural products

Performing safety checks and quality control to ensure top-tier product standards

Keeping machinery clean, maintained, and operating at peak efficiency

Documenting data and results with accuracy

Supporting daily production goals and maintaining a clean, safe work environment

Who We're Looking For:

A team player with strong communication skills and attention to detail

Comfortable working around equipment and climbing stairs/ladders as needed

Ability to work independently and stay focused on safety and quality

Experience in ag/production/maintenance is a plus, but not required — they’ll train the right person!

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
