We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in Veeva RIM and technical documentation to support a high-impact regulatory program within a life sciences organization. This role will work closely with software developers to translate regulatory requirements into clear technical deliverables while applying risk-based analysis to documentation efforts.

Responsibilities:

Gather and document requirements for Veeva RIM and custom software implementations

Collaborate with developers to create database design specifications and system-level documentation

Apply risk-based analysis to prioritize documentation and ensure high-value coverage

Interpret software code and logic to support technical alignment (no coding required)

Ensure compliance with GxP standards throughout the SDLC

Support validation and testing efforts, providing business context and traceability

Work with GxP business users to translate non-technical needs into clear technical requirements

Must-Have Skills/Experience:

Hands-on experience with Veeva RIM in a life sciences environment

Strong technical documentation skills, including database and system design specs

Experience gathering requirements for COTS and custom-built (homegrown) software

Familiarity with reading and understanding software code (no coding necessary)

GxP compliance experience

Risk-based analysis skills to assess and prioritize documentation scope

Nice-to-Have Skills/Experience:

Ability to work independently with minimal direction

Experience working with non-technical GxP business users

Exposure to validation, testing, or regulatory operations workflows

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Information Technology, or related field

5+ years of Business Analyst experience, including 2+ years with Veeva RIMRequirements:
