Are you passionate about recruiting top talent and helping build high-performing teams? We’re looking for an experienced and driven Human Resources Specialist to join our HR department and play a key role in facilitating the full-cycle recruitment process. This is a highly collaborative position that partners with department leaders to align hiring and HR strategies with organizational goals.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong background in recruitment, a knack for relationship-building, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
Coach hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and assist with preparing interview guides and candidate evaluations.
Source candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate fit and qualifications.
Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics.
Ensure all recruitment activity is accurately documented in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Provide an engaging and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support additional HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, and training as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years of experience in HR
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software. ADP Workforce Now preferred.
Key Competencies:

High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment: This position operates in both an office and a manufacturing site environment
Physical Demands: The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, and twist. Occasionally required to lift/push/pull up to 25lbs.
Expected Hours of Work: This position requires regular full-time work, including extended hours as required to meet the needs of the business.
Direct Reports: This position does not have direct reports.
Physical Demands: The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and be present on the plant floor or customer facility.
Expected Hours of Work: This position works a standard full-time work week and may occasionally require work on weekends, before or after regular work hours to meet the needs of the business.
Travel: frequent local travel between Paslin sites and occasional travel for conferences or job fairs
