About this Role:

Personnel Services Unlimited is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate for our client in Shelby, NC. This is a 1st shift, full-time opportunity with the potential for permanent hire.

Pay: $16.50

Job Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday to Thursday / (Four) 10-hour Shifts

Responsibilities Include:

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery or in-store pickup.

Operate forklifts and order pickers; assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

Maintain warehouse and store cleanliness, including product stocking and display upkeep.

Provide retail customer service, including operating the cash register.

Job Skills and Requirements:

Prior experience in a warehouse, retail, or distribution setting preferred.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and basic computer knowledge.

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or (GED) required

Previous experience with forklift operation and/or point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.

Valid driver’s license
