Pay/hours for position

1st and 2nd Shift $19/hr+ Depending on experience.

Requirements of position

We’re expanding our team and looking for dependable, motivated individuals to fill full-time positions as Sewers and Gerber Machine Operators. Whether you have years of experience or are just starting out, we offer training and opportunities to grow within the company.

Sewers:

Operate industrial sewing machines to produce quality fabric products

Follow work orders and specifications with attention to detail

Inspect materials and finished products for defects

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Gerber Machine Operators:

Set up and operate Gerber cutting machines to cut fabrics according to patterns

Load and unload materials on the cutting table

Perform quality checks and basic machine maintenance

Read and interpret work instructions and pattern layouts

Responsibilities of position

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Ability to stand, sit, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods

Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Basic math and measuring skills

Willingness to learn and follow safety and production procedures

Prior experience in sewing or machine operation is a plus, but not required
