Now Hiring: Accounting Manager The Woodlands, TX On-Site $110K$115K + Full Benefits

Our client is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee commercial property accounting operations, including financial reporting and analysis. This full-time, on-site role is based in The Woodlands, TX, and reports directly to the Controller with four direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee month-end close including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reviews

Analyze quarterly financial variances and approve A/P invoices

Coordinate quarterly reviews and year-end audits with auditors and lenders

Collaborate with property managers and internal accounting staff

Reconcile bank statements, support annual budgeting, and manage CAM and tax reconciliations

Tackle special projects and support continuous improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting (required)

10+ years of commercial property accounting experience

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and either Yardi or MRI

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Proven ability to lead teams, manage deadlines, and solve complex problems

Compensation & Benefits:

$110,000 $115,000 annual salary
