PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known manufacturer of packaging solutions in Ottawa, IL.

We are now hiring Machine Operators who are team players, versatile, and dependable!

Machine Operator Job Summary

Hourly Wage: $18–$19 per hour (based on experience)

Shifts: Rotating 12-hour shifts —

Day Shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Night Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Opportunities for overtime

Operate and monitor machines safely

Perform quality checks and basic maintenance

Support production in a fast-paced environment

Machine Operator Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for 12 hours

Lift up to 50 lbs

Work in a physically demanding, fast-paced setting

Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Maintain clean and organized workspaces

Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers

Adaptable and reliable team player
