Maintenance & Calibration Technician – Join a Global Pharma Leader!

Pay: $25.42 – $29.09 per hour
PDS Tech is currently seeking a Maintenance & Calibration Technician to join a premier pharmaceutical manufacturing client at a state-of-the-art Radioligand Therapies Production Facility. This role is ideal for professionals with strong technical skills and experience in GMP-regulated environments who are looking to contribute to the advancement of life-saving therapies.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on production, laboratory, and building systems equipment
Troubleshoot and repair process and utility equipment, including containment isolators, filling lines, HVAC systems, motors, pumps, and control systems
Interpret P&IDs, equipment/system layouts, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications
Support radiation safety programs, including calibration of radiation detection instruments
Complete thorough and accurate documentation in CMMS systems
Assist with start-up, commissioning activities, and provide technical support for deviations and investigations
Contribute to the development of operational procedures and training materials
Mentor less experienced technicians as needed
Maintain compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of relevant maintenance experience in a GMP-regulated environment
Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, aseptic fill/finish, or radiopharmaceutical manufacturing is highly desirable
Proficiency with CMMS, MS Office applications, and Building Management Systems
Ability to work in protective clothing, including cleanroom attire and respiratory protection
Physically able to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required
