Summary/objective
The Senior FP&A Analyst will provide effective finance business partnering support to Finance and Commercial stakeholders. Responsibilities include assisting with financial planning and budgeting processes, analyzing financial statements and reports, developing financial models, preparing projections, and performing research and analysis.

Analyze financial statements and reports
Developing financial projections and building financial models
Maintain monthly KPI reporting
Support Sales / Account management teams in commissions calculations and reporting
Support budgeting, forecasting and planning process
Provide Finance partnership to functional departments (monthly budget variance analysis, identify opportunities and risks)
Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting / forecasting
Ad hoc business analysis / reporting for the Executive Leadership team

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
5 years experience in financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis
Proficiency in financial modeling to support planning, scenario analysis
Strong ability to communicate and present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Ability to learn quickly and to creatively solve new problems
Expertise in Excel (ability to analyze from multiple data sets)
Understanding of ERP systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Adaptive Planning.
Experience with visualization tools, such as PowerBi

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers.
Physical demands
Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech, and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment.
