Job Skills / Requirements
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Role consists of recruiting efforts and providing administrative support to Project Manager, including but not limited to the following:
Perform full cycle recruiting in Aledo, Weatherford, Fort Worth, and other areas as needed
Collaborate with Project Manager to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization
Post jobs, conduct in-person interviews, hire and onboard new hires
Process I-9s, process background checks and perform drug screens
Assist with fingerprinting appointments and coordinate access photo badges and drug screens between background check company and customer
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
Stay updated on employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process
Assist with other administrative tasks including but not limited to processing transfers, promotions and terminations
Effectively communicate in Spanish as needed
Provide other administrative duties as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualified candidates should possess the following:
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required for this position
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a recruiter or similar role
Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship management with candidates and customers
Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
High level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Local travel required around the Aledo area
Driver's license required with clear MVR (motor vehicle record for past 3 years)
Clear background check and fingerprinting
Clear drug screen
