Serving Medicare population, mostly 65+

Schedule

Monday through Friday

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

No weekends or evenings

Position is open to MDs or NPs

Procedures and Cases

Approximately 16-18 patients per day

Chronic disease management including diabetes, hypertension, CHF, CAD, and more

No procedures required

Requirements

Board certified in Family or Internal Medicine (MDs only)

Certified NPs

Active Ohio license

DEA certification required

IMLC accepted
