Job Overview:
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team! This role is primarily focused on payroll processing but also plays a key part in general HR administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll (Primary Focus):
• Accurately process payroll on a weekly basis, ensuring all hours, deductions, and benefits are correct
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner
• Work closely with Finance and HR teams to ensure accurate reporting and data integrity
HR Administration:
• Maintain and organize employee files and documentation (physical and digital)
• Update employee records in HR systems and spreadsheets as needed
• Assist in planning and coordinating employee events
• Create flyers, announcements, and simple internal communications for HR initiatives
• Help foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture
Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in HR, payroll, or administrative roles (Preferred, not required)
• Required payroll experience in ADP, ADP Lyric experience a plus
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and basic employment laws
• Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and time management
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Preferences
• Experience in Talent & Acquisition a plus
• ADP and ATS familiarity preferred
