Job Title - Project Manager Experience Required - 10+ Years Must Have Technical/Functional Skills * Bachelor's degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (master's preferred). * 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2+ years in cybersecurity.
* Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and controls.
* Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and/or Agile experience.
* Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS, ISO 27001). * Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
* CISSP, CISM, or other cybersecurity certifications.
* Experience with Identity & Access Management initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities * Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity projects (e.g., risk assessments, compliance audits, incident response planning, vulnerability management programs, etc.) * Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, compliance, legal, and business units.
* Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful project delivery.
* Monitor and report on project progress, KPIs, and performance to senior leadership.
* Ensure cybersecurity projects align with enterprise security architecture and business goals.
* Assist with vendor selection, contract negotiation, and third-party risk assessments.
* Support compliance with regulatory standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS.
* Facilitate security awareness and training programs as needed.
Base salary range: $100000 to $120000 per year
