Responsibilities:

• Oversee the flow of the Drive Lane to ensure prompt, courteous, and effective customer service

• Take ownership of the customer's experience and leave a lasting, positive impression

• Provide concierge-style support for customer inquiries, both in person and by phone

• Maximize technician productivity by ensuring their time is consistently sold

• Distribute repair work to technicians efficiently and effectively

• Qualifications:

• Organized and friendly with a passion for helping people

• Able to manage multiple client vehicles and maintain strong attention to detail

• Excellent time management and multitasking skills

• Confident communicator who builds trust with customers

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Clean driving record

• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
