Skill: Release Train Engineer Must Have Technical/Functional Skills: * Objective of Role: This job is responsible for providing architectural direction and solutions that support Lifecycle Automation for enterprise applications that improve the customer needs.
* Primary Skill: Release Train Engineer, Agile, JIRA.
* Secondary: Communication, Analytical & problem solving.
* Experience: Minimum 6 years.
Roles & Responsibilities: * Guide and coach the teams on the Agile Release Train (ART) on Agile Ceremonies and provide input and retrospective on relentless improvements for the train.
* Executes program increment session for release train and facilitates Agile release train ceremonies.
* Provides status updates regarding Agile Release Train plans, delivery, timelines, and impediments to stakeholders and leadership while communicating within the Agile Release Train to support delivery against program commitments.
* Drive collaboration within teams and system-level stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment.
* Ensure Jira Standards and Routines for Deliverables/Epics/Stories/Bug/Team/Deployments are followed.
* In collaboration with the POs and SMs, ensures the program has a healthy (three Sprints) product/program backlog.
* Ensures Enterprise Change Management and other policy requirements for technology solutions are met for the epics/features delivered by the ART.
* Mentors Scrum Masters and supports their career growth.
Required Qualifications: * 2-5 years Release Train Engineer experience.
* JIRA usage and understanding, including reporting.
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; ability to articulate complex concepts into simple terms and effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
* Aptitude for analyzing data, ability to draw conclusions and present results in a way that makes it easy to consume and understand through storytelling, providing examples, visual representation, etc.
* Strong ability to understand, identify and escalate blockers and risks.
* Ease with presenting to broad audiences including Senior Executives.
* High level of attention to detail with a proven ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities.
* Strong relationship building.
* Previous experience with financial institutions preferred.
* Self-motivated and works independently and as part of a team.
Able to learn effectively and think critically to solve problems.
Salary Range - $120,000-$130,000 a year #LI-NS2
