What You’ll Do:

Build and maintain strong client relationships through direct communication and on-site event support

Engage with event attendees to promote client products or services, answer questions, and address concerns on-site

Provide real-time support during events to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded

Monitor and report on event success, providing feedback to improve future client strategies

Collaborate with team members to coordinate logistics, resources, and schedules for various events

Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional materials designed to drive attendance and engagement at events

Support the client relations team in the preparation and follow-up activities related to client events, including surveys and feedback collection
