Hybrid Projects Attorney Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience at a large law firm advising clients on construction, procurement, and project development matters.

- Background in project development within the renewable energy or oil & gas sectors, particularly with large-scale infrastructure projects.

- Experience negotiating engineering, procurement, and construction agreements, operations and maintenance agreements, equipment procurement agreements, and other development agreements.

- Excellent academic credentials from a top law school and bar admission in jurisdiction of practice
