Job Title: Material Handler

Job Description

As a Material Handler, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient movement and storage of materials within our facility. You will be responsible for shipping finished goods, compiling orders for subsidiary sites worldwide, and working with various departments to manage customer orders.

Responsibilities

Ship finished goods to customer orders.

Compile orders for worldwide subsidiary sites.

Collaborate with Customer Care and Accounting to release holds on customer orders.

Receive and process parts delivered to the receiving dock throughout the day.

Store received parts in the warehouse.

Fill production bins from warehouse stock and deliver to assembly lines.

Maintain mail and personal package deliveries.

Fulfill printed material orders for Sales, Marketing, and Production teams.

Package raw and sub-assembly products into system-level shippable finished goods.

Perform cycle counts and conduct root cause analysis.

Transact inventory into finished goods and move parts between ERP warehouse locations.Essential Skills

Proficiency in inventory management and material handling.

Experience with picking and packing processes.

Familiarity with RF scanners and general labor tasks.Additional Skills & Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent, required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to read and follow procedures.

Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

Capability to meet deadlines and work in a team environment.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Familiarity with MS Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Experience with ERP system transactions.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Bothell, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.80 - $20.80/hr.
