CSR Dispatcher

Customer Service Rep Dispatcher will take incoming customer calls, greets customers, and create dispatch tickets.

Responsibilities include keeping organized and updated customer files in a database.

Must be professional and have great communication skills.

Will take care of the customer requests, scheduling and coordinating supply delivery schedules.

Multitasking skills, and ability to resolve conflict and solve problems.

Ability to work in a team environment.
