The Signs Inbound Sales Representative is the initial contact between FSG signs and our clients. This role is responsible for processing orders, upselling FSG services, handling customer inquiries, processing customer orders. The inbound sales rep ensures accuracy of orders and assisting in organzing all jobs processed.
Responsibilities
Processing and managing Sign orders received from the intercompany Sales Team, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Creating and organizing work orders for sign projects, maintaining detailed records for each job.
Review sold jobs for accuracy, verifying that all specifications and requirements are met before production.
Conducting thorough checks on data accuracy in orders and invoices, promptly rectifying discrepancies.
Assist the Sales Department with sign code compliance, ensuring all signage meets relevant regulations and standards.
Proactively contacting clients to gather missing information or address inquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance.
Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, directing feedback and concerns to the appropriate teams for resolution.
Account Management as needed.
Verify orders, including customers' personal information and payment details, to maintain data integrity and security.
Generate and send invoices to clients, accurately reflecting the details of each transaction.
Assist with Accounts Receivable tasks, including tracking payments and resolving billing issues.
Support the sales department as needed, contributing to the team's overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Previous experience in sign sales or a customer service environment.
Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
Proficiency in using computer software and applications, including MS Office.
Suite and CRM systems.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
Knowledge of sign industry practices and regulations is a plus but not required.
A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
