Strengthen storytelling across all channels — social, paid, in-store, and experiential — to elevate brand presence and customer engagement.
Oversee menu development efforts: lead product tests, national launches, menu pricing, and board optimization in collaboration with Culinary and Operations.
Use data and analytics to evaluate marketing effectiveness and product performance, then translate insights into action.
Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring campaigns align with voice, quality, and values.
Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend based on impact and ROI.
Provide tools and resources to franchisees to support local marketing success.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across operations, legal, IT, and HR to ensure marketing supports business priorities.
Stay current on restaurant and consumer trends, bringing fresh thinking and innovation to the team.

Deep understanding of the franchise business model and the role of marketing in supporting both brand and operators.
Expertise in digital marketing, campaign strategy, menu promotion, and local market execution.
Strong leadership skills with experience building and guiding a high-performing marketing team.
