We are looking for a Records Management Coordinator to join our Pittsburgh (Cheswick) location.
Your Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee the processing, storage, maintenance and retrieval of records (physical and electronic) within the company. Utilize the Record Management System (RMS), to facilitate the storage, retrieval and control of all EMD records. Maintain consistent records management practices.

Your Challenge:
Serve as the point of contact between EMD employees and the offsite records storage facility for the transfer of records between sites
Coordinate the flow of all records leaving and coming into EMD
Work closely with the offsite storage facility to arrange for the pick-up and delivery of requested records
Manage the storage, maintenance and retrieval of all records within the Records Bureau (EMD)
Manage the Records Management Application (RMA) to drive consistency and accuracy and eliminate the duplication and loss of information
Ensure that the Records Management policy, procedure and any other relevant documentation are up to date per current practice
Oversee and establish controls necessary to ensure that all record documentation complies with internal company policies and procedures
Work with functional managers to identify and destroy records eligible for destruction, as per record retention periods
Develop and provide appropriate training in the use of the RMS
Perform any other function related to the creation, storage and retrieval of internal records
What you Bring:
Must be US citizen and be able to obtain and maintain DOD security clearance
Bachelor’s Degree with employment history of demonstrated performance in business environment
Expertise with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Self-starter requiring little supervision
