Position: Junior Recruiter

Hours: 9am-5pm
Salary: $60,000- $65,000
Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and strategic Junior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts and help us attract and hire a diverse, high-quality workforce. The Junior Recruiter plays a vital role in ensuring we hire and retain individuals who are aligned with our mission and values.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse, mission-aligned talent pool across a variety of roles, including direct support, clinical, administrative, and leadership positions ect.
Review and post job openings to ensure they are clear, accurate, and accessible.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring decisions.
Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing through to job offers.
Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices and provide support with interview techniques, compliance, and hiring challenges.
Conduct job and task analyses to clearly define role expectations and qualifications.
Assess candidates' qualifications in alignment with job requirements and our person-centered approach to care.
Use multiple sourcing strategies, including community outreach, job boards, and social media-to attract a broad and inclusive pool of applicants.
Build and maintain relationships with community partners, training programs, and schools to strengthen the talent pipeline.
Stay current with HR and recruitment trends. QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a minimum of 2 years recruitment experience, high volume recruitment experience preferred.
High School diploma required. Associate diploma preferred.
Proficiency in ADP Workforce Manager and Workforce Now systems, as well as MS Office Suite and Excel preferred.
Experience working in the industry of intellectual and development disabilities (IDD)/Healthcare preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
