Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Oversee daily on-site activities, maintain schedules, and adjust plans to meet deadlines.

Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations and building codes.

Quality Control: Inspect work for quality, address issues promptly, and maintain documentation.

Team Coordination: Supervise subcontractors and laborers, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Communication: Serve as the primary on-site contact, reporting status and issues to project managers.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records, track materials, and ensure all necessary permits and inspections are completed.
