About the position:
As a Monitor you will have an opportunity to demonstrate your skills as a detailed oriented multitasker, ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities. You will assist with day to day tasks and overlook a team of cashiers and assist with their needs. You will also handle guest complaints and provide great customer service.
Accountability
Reviewing and processing license plate images captured by a License Plate Recognition/Inventory system.
Responding to entry and exit alarms.
Maintaining close communications with management or other company personnel, using phone or two-way radios.
Responding to customer requests, questions and complaints.
Opening and closing entry and exit lanes as assigned.
Assisting cashiers with customer fees when conventional processing fails. Profitability
Accountable for meeting or exceeding established performance targets.
Order and maintain a supply of necessary materials and equipment. Exceptional Service
An outgoing and enthusiastic personality with a willingness to do whatever it takes to earn a “Thank You.”
Train and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service, including assisting with parking, handling customer issues, and maintaining a clean and safe facility.
Ensure that guests receive exceptional service and address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively. Communication
Regularly update upper management on operational challenges.
Foster clear and open communication within the team and with other departments.
Provide training to workers on safety regulations, equipment usage, and job duties. Family

Your Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
1 year of supervisory experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
