CentralYour role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the
opportunity to be responsible for the sales of automation products and
services within a designated central US territory in line with the
division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and
quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues,
profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also
showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales
opportunities. The work model for the role is: #LI - Hybrid This role is
contributing to the B & R Business Division of ABB in the Central USA.
Main stakeholders are both our internal and external customers. You will
be mainly accountable for: Communicating to the customers about details
related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in
line with ABB's offering and strategy. Ensuring efficient marketing
activities and communicates value proposition to customers. Identifying
and driving the development of new market opportunities in the
designated market. Managing administrative procedures in sales processes
and supports cash collection and project management activities, when
needed. Identifying, defining, and developing the best technical
solution and strategy for customer applications while securing orders
and ensure timely delivery. Qualifications for the role Bachelor's
degree in engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience
Four or more years of directly-related experience. Up to 50% travel,
mostly in the region with occasional other domestic and international
travel; valid driver's license and passport required with no barriers
to travel. Ability to understand and explain complex technical products
