ManagerYour role and responsibilities In this role you will be the first

line of defense for line-down situations relating to automation at the

US Motion Headquarters, in New Berlin, WI, ensuring a positive impact to

safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals. You will report to the

Automation Manager and be instrumental in deploying, troubleshooting,

and supporting automation field devices. The work model for the role is

onsite. This role is contributing to the Motion Drive Products division

in New Berlin, WI. You will be mainly accountable for: -Troubleshoot and

support the factory's Vision Systems, SCADA, PLC Controls, Conveyor

Automation, Digital Torque Systems, Robotics, and related equipment.

-Sustain a plant-wide SCADA network to provide connectivity and control

to field devices, familiarity with computers and various software

application will be necessary. -Contribute towards the create of safe

automation practices while also delivering the desired productivity and

quality output. -Manage multiple, urgent and critical projects,

timelines and priorities while ensuring timely communication to all

parties involved. -Promote Lean manufacturing concepts to ensure

thrive.Qualifications for the role 2+ years of experience in the field

of Controls, Systems, and/or Automation. Ability to work on second shift

which is from 2:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. Monday - Friday. Familiarity with

vision systems, digital torque systems, programmable logic controls,

robotics, and other automation equipment. Knowledgeable in Lean

Manufacturing concepts Strong interpersonal & communication skills,
