Job Description
Project Planning: Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring effective collaboration among all stakeholders, including subcontractors and suppliers.
Budget Management: Monitor project expenses, manage budgets, and prepare financial reports to ensure projects remain financially viable.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements through regular inspections.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to the project timeline.
Schedule Management: Maintain and update project schedules, adjusting timelines as necessary to accommodate changes or delays.
Problem-Solving: Address challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track. The Successful Applicant
A degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field
Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in project management software
Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards
