Job Description
Project Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of the project from site prep and ground-breaking to final turnover
Quality Control: Work on-site daily to monitor construction activities, resolve field issues, and maintain quality control
Budget Oversight: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure alignment with project timelines and budgets
Schedule Management: Maintain and update construction schedules, budgets, and reports. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement
Team Leadership: Participate in jobsite meetings and provide regular updates to senior leadership

The Successful Applicant
5-10+ years of construction experience with a strong track record in wood frame multifamily ground-up projects (ideally 150+ units)
A hybrid background in both project management and field supervision is strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage projects from site development through completion
Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak confidently with subcontractors and field teams
Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and construction documentation
Developer/GC experience is ideal, but candidates with strong relevant project experience will also be considered
Assistant Project Managers with strong field and multifamily experience are encouraged to apply What's on Offer
