Job Description
Manage all phases of ground-up commercial construction projects, from budgeting and scheduling to procurement and closeout.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project scope and timelines are met.
Prepare and manage project budgets, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and schedules.
Conduct site visits and monitor progress to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
Lead project meetings with internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and documentation.
Ensure all permits and inspections are secured and passed on schedule.
Mitigate project risks through proactive problem solving and conflict resolution.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
5+ years of experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects.
Strong knowledge of local building codes, permitting processes, and safety regulations in Oregon.
Proficient with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project).
Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites in the Portland metro area. What's on Offer
