Job Description
Key Responsibilities for Construction Project Manager - Public Works Projects
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of DSA k-12 projects, and public works projects ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow and effective communication.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and mitigate financial risks while ensuring the project remains within budget.
Monitor and enforce safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory compliance throughout the construction process.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is progressing as scheduled and to resolve any issues promptly.
Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient collaboration and problem-solving.
Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, addressing any concerns and proposing solutions as necessary.
Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively addressing challenges that may impact project delivery. A successful Construction Project Manager - Public Works Projects Candidate in Los Angeles
Bacholor degree in construction management or civil engineering.
4+ years in proven Public works construction work
Experience in Building and Construction
Experience with DSA or Public works.
High attention to detail and organization skills
