We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Entry Level Account Manager to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients to manage and enhance their accounts. You will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' needs are met and providing exceptional customer service while developing strong relationships.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining client relationships
Coordinate project timelines and ensure client deliverables are met
Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of projects
Provide clients with regular updates on the status of their accounts
Develop strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention
Track account performance and identify opportunities for growth Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
