Position - DevSecOps Engineer

Location - Round Rock, TX

1 Plus years contract

Rate - DOE

Candidates that have been previously declined have lacked the following: Security and Programming knowledge, Security Scanning Tools, Threat Modelling experience, Development Programming experience

Must Haves

Experience with DevOps, Security tools, Code scanning and vulnerability remediation

Experience with System Architecture, Integration and Design activities like Threat Modelling

Strong programming background with mastery skills in at least one programming languages and like Java, .NET, Go or Python (preferred) and databases (MS SQL or Postgres preferred)

Understanding of SDL (Secure Development Lifecycle) controls and leverage LLM/AI/NLP for Threat analysis

Experience with Cloud Native Container platforms like Kubernetes, KOB (Container on Base Metal) and Linux/Windows Server Operating Systems

Desired Requirements:

12+ years of software development experience including 3+ years of experience in DevOps/DevSecOps in a professional role with a bachelor's degree
