Job Summary
Responsible for supporting the operational department, the Community Development/Social Services Department and Corporate Team administratively while assisting with special projects as assigned by the President of the company and Vice President of Community Development.
Essential Responsibilities
Assisting with meeting planning, scheduling and appointments
Greeting corporate office visitors
General administrative support to corporate office employees
Arranging for building maintenance
Assist with special projects for the company
Answering and managing incoming calls
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize competing demands in order to meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Other responsibilities as assigned by the Vice President of Community Development
Essential Skills & Abilities
Administrative Skills - general office duties, answering phones, Microsoft Suites experience
Communication/Language Skills - ability to effectively communicate with residents and site staff; ability to effectively communicate with corporate teams; ability to write proposals and letters on behalf of corporate teams.
Computer Skills Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Publisher, Word), Adobe Acrobat, Nitro Pro, Internet
Coordinating Skills - ability to prioritize and schedule multiple projects simultaneously; ability to set up meetings, travel arrangements and training registrations
Creative Skills ability to assist in marketing activities;
Leadership Skills - ability to develop a relationship with corporate office and site staff and community organizations;
Mathematical Skills - ability to use basic math skills in monthly reports and budgeting

Working Conditions
