Job Description

Publicis Media's Precision, Central Activation team supports PM Agency clients by executing programmatic campaigns to meet performance goals across a variety of platforms. This role will focus on supporting existing Publicis clients.

The Supervisor role is primarily responsible for campaign management, with the potential of managing a small team of Campaign Managers who are responsible for trafficking, reporting and optimizing programmatic media campaigns in platform. They will coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure the activation team has all the necessary details to run programmatic media.

The ideal candidate should be familiar with platforms such as The Trade Desk, Google DV360 and Amazon DSP (among others), and have experience in DSP campaign management functions, including campaign build, creative assignment, partner pixel trafficking, performance optimization principles & reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

Manage multichannel programmatic campaigns (desktop, mobile, and video) while troubleshooting campaign delivery and performance issues

Work with internal teams to provide clients with programmatic media recommendations and optimization strategies that align with objectives

Represent central activation team in regular internal check-ins

Manage small team of Campaign Managers handling biddable media campaigns

Oversee team's creative tag trafficking into DSP (not ad-server) and set up campaigns

Maintain knowledge of media technology buying platforms and analytic tools

Oversee monthly billing and draft-billing actualization and documentation (does not entail invoicing/finance)

Analyze campaign performance and make strategic investment and tactical media optimizations

Deliver input on campaign goals, approaches, and methods to help establish success metrics and KPI's

Nice to have: experience with emerging channels in the programmatic space, such as DOOH, Audio, Gaming, brief experience with social and search also appreciated Qualifications

4+ Years of experience (including Internships) in media industry

3+ Years of experience working in DSPs such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP etc

1 year of experience managing direct reports or 2+ years of mentoring junior team members

Proficient-to-Advanced Excel Expertise

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with ad tech platforms, manual bidding platforms, APIs, etc.

Excellent relationship building, diplomacy, and decision making skills with ability to think creatively

Proficiency with Microsoft office suite

Compensation Range: $73,910 - $101,200 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
