Messa Sync is currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Entry Customer Service Representative to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. This position involves managing customer interactions while accurately processing and entering data into internal systems. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and committed to providing an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

Accurately input and update customer data into the system

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner

Maintain and organize digital and physical files

Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness

Resolve customer service issues and follow up to ensure satisfaction

Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to meet service goals

Maintain confidentiality and security of customer and company information Qualifications

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred

Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or data entry role

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
