At Brandon J. Broderick, we strive to ensure our clients are always getting the best service and outcome they deserve and with this is mind our Referrals team is dedicated to building relationships with other law firms to do just that. The Inbound Referrals Manager will work to grow BJB’s Firm-to-Firm relationships in order to increase our inbound inventory. This role will focus on relationship building, educating firms on BJB’s capabilities and success, and creating both steady steams of inbounds referrals as well as seeking out new partner relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills – oral and written, is initiative-taking, organized, and has consistent follow-up; they also present themselves in a professional manner, likes to build long-term relationships, and has extraordinarily strong people skills.
Responsibilities
Take lead on outreach to law firms to establish relationships.
Communicate and work with partner firms for sending leads to BJB.
Manage and track all inbound leads and maintain reporting for all active cases.
Manage the Inbound portion of the Litify Referral Network (“LRN”) account for BJB.
Provide periodic updates to partner firms upon request for signed cases.
Triage client issues with partners and BJB, with the support of Department Director.
Work with Intake, Pre-Lit, and Lit teams to stay connected to and support the life of the referral from Intake -> BJB Sign Up -> Settlement -> Fees paid to Partner firm.
Regular reporting – monthly + quarterly on status to goals.
Travel / visit partner firms as needed.
Work with Department Director on networking events as needed to support the lead generation efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, preferred
3+ years of Business Development, Client Relationships, or B2B account management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Salesforce or Litify experience, preferred, but not required.
Compensation range is for base salary alone. This position will have a generous performance bonus structure as well as other firm benefits that round out the total compensation package.
Compensation Range:
$70,000—$75,000 USD
Benefits: Full Time Employees and Part Time Employees over 30 hours per week
