Our CPG client is looking for a Digital Project Manager! This role is: - 40 hours/week - 6 months with potential to extend - Onsite 3 -4 days/week The ideal Digital Project Manager: - Experience managing a high volume of web and email projects (this is NOT an IT Project Manager, but a marketing project manager focusing on digital/web projects). - Agency experience is required - Client-facing; relationship builder. - Can collaborate amongst creative teams and developers and act as the liaison between the teams - Experience in the PM tool - Monday.com is what they use! Must have some experience in a PM tool that is not Excel or Google sheets, etc. - CPG experience - Incredibly organized and thorough - Experience working in a digital asset management platform (i.e. Brandfolder or Dash) is preferred not not required - Experience in Shopify and/or WordPress is ideal - someone that knows how they are set up to gage complexity Digital Project Manager Responsibilities: - Coordinate a high volume of requests across multiple brands and business units (projects will be web and email), - Work amongst their brand teams, creative team, and team of developers, and translating developer language back to the brand/creative teams, and vice versa. - Projects are high-volume and quick-turn around. Typical duration from project kick-off through completion is anywhere from 1 week to 1 month. Project request examples include the brand team asking for a change to the website, having an email sent out, etc. It's your job to ensure you get the correct project scope, work with brand/creative teams to gather assets, deliver them to the developers, and ensure they are completed on time. In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
