Responsibilities:

In this technical program management role, you will be joining a team of highly technical engineers and world-class experts in hardware/firmware/software security. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the TPM Hardware Lab Kit Testing and all that includes. You will be an effective communicator and ambassador who represents our client to a wide range of external industry partners. You will be part of a team that values team players and those who love to learn while having abundant opportunities to grow personally and professionally.

Specifically, you will:

Own and update crucial documentation:

Update Windows Hardware Compatibility Program (WHCP) specifications for errors and new requirements.

Own and update the Windows Certified TPMs document.

Create and update external support documentation.

Review HLK test logs and diagnose test failures.

Reproduce test failures for diagnosis.

Identify, triage, and manage bugs and tasks in the issue tracking system.

Communicate with external partners including TPM partners as well as OEMs both large and small:

Answering questions and support via e-mail.

Relay requirements requirement for HLK tests and the certification process.

Redirecting questions to the correct teams.

Communicate and review new WHCP specification changes with partners.

Coordinate with the TPM Engineering Team.

Do some light coding and debugging:

Making new HLK Filters and waivers.

Looking at test code for preliminary debugging.

Identify and implement process improvements to the overall TPM HLK program.

Shepard upcoming changes to HLK.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related technical discipline AND 5+ years technical engineering or technical program management experience with some coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python

OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

4 years of experience, industry experience in software engineering, software program management or software testing

Knowledge of XML.

Proven verbal and written skills dealing with technical topics.

Proven record of accomplishment for collaboration between many teams and delivering results.

Experience with computer security and/or cryptography.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45 to $55 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
