The Telecom Analyst will provide operational and financial support for network and telecom activities supporting 1800+ Bath & Body Works Stores and various Home Office accounts. This position will report to the Technology Accounting Manager within the Technology Investment Services Team and will work with cross-functional partners across IT, as well as external vendor partners.
Responsibilities
Understand services at each location, including knowledge of contracts and SOWs.
Partner with IT team for new service requests including installations, disconnects, and other miscellaneous requests for various technology including SD Wan, store and backroom phone lines, wireless lines, Home Office WAN, etc.
Prepare monthly financial reporting for all telecom lines with variance analysis vs. forecast as well as any insights for optimization opportunities.
Review and approve weekly invoices, including partnering with leadership for large dollar invoice approvals as needed.
Monthly close responsibilities including accruals and variance analysis.
Perform ad-hoc analysis – curiosity is encouraged.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Excel and SAP (preferred).
Knowledge of IT or vendor management preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required.
