The Campus Manager has the shared responsibility of protecting people, brand, and property at Bath and Body Works home office and distribution centers. They serve as security representation in our buildings and will work closely with third party contracted security services. This position supports both internal and external customers; acting as a primary liaison between external safety and security partners, and ensuring clear communication and action is provided in incidents related to safety and asset protection. Position reports to the Director of Campus Asset Protection and is responsible for multiple building sites or campuses.
Responsibilities
Responds to crisis management and associate safety situations as it relates to home office and facility operations.
Acts as the liaison between Bath and Body Works’ and third party contracted security services to ensure company standards are followed.
Lead campus investigations
Identify shrink risks and develop asset protection procedures to mitigate losses.
Support inspections and adherence to safety protocol and regulations at enterprise, state, and international levels.
Create, enhance, and implement appropriate policies, procedures, and protocols for the department
Develop emergency preparedness materials and communication processes for key partners across the home office, and distribution centers
Plan and coordinate security operations for events.
Review reports on incidents and breaches.
Orders first aid and office supplies as needed
Assist in development and compliance of business plans and budget.
Coordinates security assessments for external companies partnered closely with Bath and Body Works.
Special projects and tasks as advised by leaders based on the needs of the business.
5 to 8 years Security or Asset Protection Management experience
Interview/interrogation skills/certification required
Advanced level of administrative and technical knowledge in Safety/Security operations
Proficient with technology/computer related skills (eg: Microsoft office programs, Incident Reporting software, etc.)
Ability to fluently speak a second language a plus
CPR and first aid training a plus
Experience operating through emergency incident protocols in crisis situations.
Exemplary customer service, listening & communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, make effective decisions, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment, including diffusing emotional situations
Detailed, working knowledge of building security, fire, and safety systems.
Ability to multi-task and work a flexible schedule including a combination of days, evenings, nights, and weekends totaling 40 hours per week with occasional overtime.
