We are a professional, fast-paced, non-medical in-home care agency with an immediate opening for the right candidate to join our team! The ideal person must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint) required.
The primary duties include:
Recruiting!, screening, and on-boarding employees quickly to keep up with client demand
Conducting compliance reviews and employee check-ins with field staff
Providing both mandatory and elective training opportunities to field staff
Maintaining agency roster with required state agencies and within company database
Maintaining and tracking employee certifications (CPR/FA, DL, insurance, etc.)
Amending and creating employee policies to keep current with state regulations and maintain a positive client experience
Networking and participating in recruitment opportunities to increase presence in community and increase applicant pool
Past caregiver experience is not required, but a plus!
