Responsibilities
As a key player in the sales team, youll:
Identify and qualify leads, scheduling appointments and follow-up calls for senior team members
Engage in cold outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to uncover new business opportunities
Provide timely follow-ups and ensure prospects are well-prepared for meetings
Keep the CRM updated with detailed notes, feedback, and action items
Build relationships with potential clients to transition to more senior sales roles over time
Who You Are
1-3 years of sales experience (preferred)
Available to work full-time in the office
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoom Phone)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Independent and self-motivated with a passion for teamwork and client success
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A commitment to continuous learning and growth
