Your Role as a BCBA

We are currently seeking BCBAs to join our team in Clearwater, FL, and surrounding areas. This role offers diverse experiences across multiple settings, including:

Clinic-based services

Public and private schools

Homes and community settings

Facilitating social skills groups

What Youll Do

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans

Supervise and provide mentorship to behavior technicians and support staff

Implement behavior plans and monitor client progress using data-driven approaches

Lead engaging social skills groups to promote skill-building and socialization

Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure well-rounded client care

What Were Looking For

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

At least one year of experience working with individuals with autism (preferred)

Medicaid-approved (or willing to become)

Afternoon availability required
