Were looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team and grow alongside passionate professionals who care about making a difference. In this role, youll help clients find coverage that fits their unique needs, all while enjoying a supportive, flexible, and high-energy work environment. No prior insurance experience is required; you just need a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.

Pay range: $7.25 to $15.00 per hour, based on experience

Commissions and opportunities for performance-based bonuses

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Responsibilities

Sell new insurance policies through consultative needs-based conversations

Service existing client accounts with professionalism and care

Prospect and follow up with leads to drive consistent new business

Maintain accurate records and use CRM tools to manage customer activity

Educate clients on coverage options and explain benefits clearly and confidently

Requirements

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Professional, trustworthy, and reliable in all client interactions

Friendly and engaging personality with a customer-first mindset

Comfortable with basic office technology and tools
