What You’ll Do:

As a Delivery Helper, you’ll be assisting a driver in delivering from a DOT-regulated vehicle. You’ll also be spotting for the driver when they are reversing the vehicle. Delivery Helpers are the face of our company, and they work with a partner to deliver items that may require team lifts. It will be your job to consistently exceed customer expectations by making sure all orders are delivered with a smile, on time, safely, and to the right location. Safety will be the focus during all aspects of the job including navigating country roads. Speeding is not tolerated, and seat belts must be worn. You'll secure packages to ensure no damage is caused to customer shipments, and you'll be expected to interact with customers in a professional and positive manner.

What You’ll Need:

Must be at least 18 years old

Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. individually and team-lift heaver items, with or without reasonable accommodations

Must have a positive attitude and be able to communicate well with your team member and customers
