Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our team in Manchester, NH. This position focuses on selling medical malpractice insurance products to healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will possess a competitive nature, strong communication skills, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our medical malpractice insurance products and services.
Identify potential clients within the healthcare industry and establish strong relationships.
Conduct outbound sales calls, set appointments, and present tailored insurance solutions to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings.
Utilize CRM software to manage client information, track sales activities, and generate reports.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand client base and increase brand awareness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required
Strong desire to pursue a career in sales (No experience required, you will be trained).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Competitive nature with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
