️ What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading and growing a talented survey team across multiple project types (boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, construction).
Overseeing department operations, budgets, schedules, and project quality.
Driving client relationships, project scoping, and business development.
Championing innovation through modern surveying technologies and best practices.
What You Bring:
Georgia PLS license and 15+ years of industry experience.
5+ years of leadership experience in a survey or geomatics department.
Proficiency in survey tech (GPS, robotic total stations, CAD, etc.).
Excellent communication, project management, and team development skills.
